First Meeting

We will meet to discuss your individual needs & preferences.  I will use this information to create delicious meals personalized to your individual tastes.

We will determine the frequency of visits & meal plans that best suit your needs.  At this time, if you choose my service, I will require a deposit.

 

Menu Planning

After our first meeting, I will create a menu based on your preferences and email this to you for you to review, at this time you can make suggestions or changes.

 

Freedom Date

I will prepare the meals, package and label them for you to enjoy.

 

Meal Plan Choices & Selections:

 

Three Entrees $250*

3 meals with side dishes for a family of 4; or 6 meals for a couple


Four Entrees $300*

4 meals with side dishes for a family of 4; or 8 meals for a couple.


Five Entrees $350*

5 meals with side dishes for a family of 4; or 10 meals for a couple.

*If requesting mostly organic ingredients, add $50.00 to each price.

Menu Items

 

All items are made fresh the day of delivery or pick up, except for dehydrated items.  We use very little to no oil in most of the dishes, and no spices that contain MSG. Gluten items are marked with a G.  There are many raw options. 

You will receive a menu with your order that has heating / serving or other instructions. 

If there is something you would like but don’t see it on the menu, please ask.



Our Guidelines for Highest Quality Foods:

 

We do not use any bottled, packaged, dried or canned sauces, spices, herbs, mixes or additives.

 

The only canned products that we will use are: Cha's Organics Premium Coconut Milk, Kirkland or Hunts Organic Tomato Paste

 

The only sweeteners that we will use are: Sugarlike Monk Fruit Sweetener, Raw Buckwheat Honey, Canada Grade A Very Dark Maple Syrup or Dates

 

Coconut Bacon, brand is Phoney Baloney’s since they are the only ones who have stated in writing their product does not contain MSG or preservatives

 

All nuts, grains, seeds, legumes, beans, etc are prepackaged in original plastic packaging not opened; we do not longer use food stuff from bulk stores.  Example we will use walnuts from Costco (Kirkland) Loblaw (PC) pre-pack closed with original seal but not from Nations in a netted or mesh bag or from Bulk Stores in plastic bag.  We will use pumpkin seeds from Ambrosia prepackaged, closed with original seal, with their label but not the ones from their bulk section in plastic bag.

 

We only use Europe's Best frozen fruits & vegetables since they are the only ones who have stated in writing their product does not contain MSG or preservatives

 

Fresh fruits, veggies, herbs, roots, etc; each item must have a clearly legible product code or PLU, we will only use produce beginning with codes either 9, 3, 4.  Anything beginning with PLU 8 is not acceptable.  Any item not having a PLU is not used in our kitchens.  PLU codes defined: A 5 digit number that starts with 9 means the item is organic / A 4 digit code beginning with 3 or 4 means the produce is conventionally grown / A 5 digit code that starts with 8 means the item is genetically modified.

 

Any nut or seed butters will only contain the raw nut or seed, no other ingredients, example tahini will only contain sesame seeds, no other ingredients.

 

We use only Red Wine Vinegar or Coconut Vinegar, those wishing for Apple Cider Vinegar, the only brand we will use is Kuhne (product of Germany)

 

We use only our own Himalayan crystal salt.

 

The main oil that we continue to use is Cold Pressed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil from Costco, we also use Virgin Cold Pressed Nut & Seed Oils by request & Virgin First Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil; those who are supplying us with oils, if they do not gel when refrigerated & if they test positive for wax (which is added to cheaper oils to get them to gel in refrigerators) will not use them and return them to you.  We will not use any fruit or vegetable oils since they leave a film in blender or processor pitchers which can cause foods to become rancid.

A Lot is About What You LEAVE OUT, Not ADD IN…

It is NOT necessary to be a 100% Raw Foodist, to be healthy & feel great.  You can be very healthy without taking it that “far”.  

How do you begin the journey to better health?

There are a lot of diets out on the market today, you have heard of many, such as the Zone Diet, Macrobiotics Diet, South Beach Diet, Maker’s Diet & others.  Don’t dismiss any of these programmes, since they can produce results to some extent.  There is evidence of people feeling better & healing from degenerative diseases after adopting some of these diet plans.  There is, however, one common denominator that allows these programs to succeed: they all require people to leave out certain foods from their food consumption, without exception.  Foods such as refined sugars & processed starches are often completely omitted. As a result, a person’s health can improve considerably.  The reason a 100% Raw Food Lifestyle is such a GREAT way to live is because you leave out everything that is damaging to the body & just keep in the stuff that helps nourish You.

It is critically important to understand that:

What you leave out of your intake completely without exception is the way to ultimate health.

What You Don’t Eat Is Actually More Important Than What You Do Eat.

When people think about eating more healthily, they often think in terms of ADDING IN something – maybe more broccoli or a handful of Goji berries, even a vitamin supplement.

In truth, you can eat Raw Foods until you are blue in the face & you’re not going to fully heal UNLESS you simultaneously LEAVE OUT the cause of the illness, which means omitting certain damaging foods, COMPLETELY.  It’s not so much about what you add in – it’s what you leave out that really helps... ;)

Categories of the primary foods consumed by humans fall into the following 5 groups:

(1)Animal Protein

(2)Dairy

(3)Refined Sugar – e.g. standard candy, bakery items, cakes, cookies

(4)Processed Starches – e.g. bread, pasta, cereal

(5)Raw Vegan Foods – Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, Sprouts & Seaweeds.

If what we leave out of our consumption completely without exception is the way to ultimate health, then it makes sense to first eliminate the food groups that are most damaging to the body.  The two most damaging food groups are the refined sugars & processed starches.  THAT IS THE SECRET!  This is what all those other diets do.  Their plans usually require that you leave out the refined sugars & processed starches, without exception. If you can do that one thing, you are on your way to ultimate health; you can live a very healthy life. BUT, How Do You Do That?

Also Stay Away from cooked (red) meat & pasteurised cows’ dairy products. Those can also seriously undermine our health.
